Shipping

Orders for UK delivery are charged a standard £3.00 with all orders over £40 free of charge. Charges for orders outside the UK are shown in your basket or for larger orders you should email us to get a quotation for delivery to your address.

All goods ordered will normally be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of the order unless another date of dispatch is agreed.  Any changes in this timescale will be clear on our website at time of ordering. 

Dispatch in the UK for all orders under 2kg will be by Royal Mail, Small Parcel with orders for goods of value over £5 being by first class mail.  Orders of over 2kg will be sent by UPS or other parcel service with a target of next day delivery to most destinations  This is not guaranteed delivery and any requirement for faster delivery will need to be by custom order.

Dispatch of parcels under 2kg to all other parts of the world will be by Royal Mail, International Standard.  This service generally delivers in around 5 working days but customers should allow up to 10/15 days depending on location and customs checks etc.  You should also note extended delivery times in late November and December.  If you need tracking and or faster delivery we can quote for an appropriate service.  

All parcels over 2kg (10 single packs) will require a price quotation which we will endeavour to do by return of email.  Wherever possible we use a fast economic service often delivering within 2 working days. Please contact us to find out a price.

We are happy to ship to most destinations in the World, but we are not responsible for VAT or other import taxes and fees which you may incur via your local customs office.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from ‘Ludicrously Good’ but if you would like to return your purchase please return your items to me in the original packaging to the address below within 14 days for a refund:

We are not responsible for return postage (unless the goods are faulty) or for packages that do not reach us, or that are damaged in transit.

Please ask at the Post Office for a free certificate of postage.


Refunds or Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges will be made to you within 14 days of our receiving the goods. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

In the unlikely event that your order is out of stock, we will offer an exchange for another product or a full refund. If you are not satisfied with the exchange, please return the product to us for a full refund, including return postage.
We will offer an exchange or refund for faulty goods if you contact us via email within 10 days of delivery.
If an item you have received is damaged in transit, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Please note that no refunds can be made for any goods made to the customers own specifications. Customers ordering personalised items must ensure that the details they give to the company are correct – refunds will not be given if it is later found that the personalisation is incorrect unless it is the fault of Ludicrously Good.
